vector artwork — the best result

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or a PDF with the graphics as vectors) scales razor-sharp to any size. Design directly into the template, convert text to outlines, work in CMYK, and keep important elements at least 1 cm away from the seams. Save as PDF/X, or package the AI file together with its linked images.

image files — how large should a JPG be?

Photos and other raster images print beautifully on fabric too. The full print area is roughly 50 × 25 cm (20 × 10 in), so an image covering the whole surface should be at least 150 dpi at final size — about 3000 × 1500 pixels. We recommend 300 dpi (about 5900 × 2950 px) if your source material allows it. Don't upscale a small image: a sharp smaller image printed on a smaller area looks better than a large one stretched soft.
